Saved the day When another company canceled our bouncy house hours before the party, Steel City jumped in last minute to deliver the last inflatable they had. They were very accommodating and the purple slide was an absolute hit both as a dry slide and later as a water slide. Something unique they do that is a nice deal, instead of dropping off and picking up the day of the event, they drop off Thursday or Friday and pickup on Monday, providing an extended weekend with the inflatable. We had an amazing experience with our water slide rental! They worked with us on a drop off and pick up time there was no rushing kids off the slide so it could be picked up! The water slide was sanitized prior too and at arrival. Any questions I had prior to the rental were answered quick. We rented a water slide from Steel City Inflatables over the Fourth of July weekend, and it was a huge hit! The kids spent the entire weekend on it. The slide was clean, the setup and cleanup were quick and professional, and the whole rental process was hassle-free. Great customer service.
